All are welcome to join us for our Free Family Events that run throughout the year.
Cathedral Tots
Our informal service for toddlers and pre-schoolers takes place on the first Wednesday of each month at 10.00am. Each session of Cathedral Tots includes toys, songs, a Bible story, prayer, craft and refreshments. Cathedral Tots is a free activity, with a welcoming and relaxed community of parents/carers and young children. There is currently no requirement to book places for these services. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
2nd April - God's big story: Feeding the 5000
7th May – God’s big story: Resurrection
4th June – God’s big story: The Holy Spirit comes
2nd July – God’s big story: Sharing the good news
Sunday School – next term on the first Sunday of the month (check first)
For ages 3-11, during the Sunday morning Eucharist, in the Library. There is also a self-service creche for younger children in the Baptistry.

Come and enjoy some Easter-themed crafts in our wonderful space.
Free event but must be booked in advance – book your arrival slot and you can then stay as long as you like - Guildford Cathedral - Box Office Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Family Services
Guildford Cathedral has Family Services at special times of the year, encouraging the whole family to worship together and enjoy a different style of worship. Our next Family Service is The Way of the Cross on 18th April at 10am. You are warmly invited to come and reflect on the events of Good Friday through craft activities and a short, informal act of worship that is suitable for all ages.

A firm favourite for families, our fun-filled days become fully booked very quickly. In 2024, we welcomed over 550 children to our Fun Days and we’d love to welcome even more in 2025. A donation of just £1.49 will pay for a child's craft bag, £4.50 will cover the costs of a family of three children plus a parent or carer. Just £90 would pay for a whole session of 60 children. When you book your child’s session, please consider making a gift of any size to help us achieve our goal.
