Early in 2019 The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) conducted an independent audit of the safeguarding arrangements of Guildford Cathedral. This programme of work was commissioned by the Church of England will see all the Church of England’s cathedrals audited between late 2018 and early 2021. It represents an important opportunity to support improvement in safeguarding. The results of the audit can be downloaded here and the Action Grid here.
